У Конька-Горбункуа скоро юбилей -190! The Humpbacked Horse is approaching its 190-th anniversary!

As a true Russian, I was long in harnessing, and hopefully, I'll make a quick ride! Finally, my son found time for me! We are created a website (due to numerous requests from friends and acquaintances) and a so-called blog.

I'm an unshod person in this field, but as they say, the Gods don't burn pots. There's a lot to share! Literally every day I receive new editions of the fairy tale in different languages from all over the world. Thanks to friends and relatives for that! And not just books, but also numerous postcards, done by different artists on the plot of the fairy tale, photos of ballet artists "The Tsar Maiden or The Little Humpbacked Horse" by Puni, discs with a cartoon based on the fairy tale, and again, in different languages! Boxes, porcelain figurines, Kasli iron casting products... Soon the famous Tyumen carpet on the plot of the fairy tale will arrive! Someday, and I hope, soon, I will present this collection to the residents of California. The Little Humpbacked Horse and the Wonder-Wonder Fish-Whale are already well known to them.

At the Central Library of San Francisco, for the 200th anniversary of the fairy tale's author, Pyotr Pavlovich Ershov, an exhibition of fairy tale editions in different languages and illustrations done by different artists was held. Over 180 years there have been quite a few of them. The exhibition aroused great interest and lasted almost four months. In 2016-17, there was the second exhibition dedicated to the fairy tale "The Little Humpbacked Horse", this time quilts (patchwork) made by craftswomen from all over the world were presented. The quilts came to us in California from Siberia, where the idea of their creation was born.

And I want to remind you of the prophetic words of the fairy tale's author himself, spoken by him on the release of the fourth edition in 1856, his "praiseworthy word to his firstborn" in a letter to his classmate A.K. Yaroslavtsev: "...My Little Humpbacked Horse has galloped across all the Russian kingdom again. A happy path to him! <...> hearing praise to himself from such people as Pushkin, Zhukovsky, and Pletnev 22 years ago, he...pleases the honest people, old and small, will please them as long as the Russian word will find echoes in the Russian soul, i.e., until the end of the century".

And Ershov's "firstborn" continues to gallop and gallop around the world, and not just in Russia...Japan loves him very much...and he has popped into China, and reached Australia, and even popped into the Promised Land, even before the establishment of the state of Israel! In 2024, the fairy tale turns 190 years old, and to this day "The Little Humpbacked Horse" remains perhaps the most popular fairy tale and continues to see a huge number of its editions published annually in Russia, and not only…

Как истинный русский человек, долго запрягала, и, надеюсь, поеду быстро!  Наконец-то мой сын нашел для меня время!

  Создали веб-сайт (по многочисленным заявкам друзей и знакомых) и т.н. блог.

Человек я в этой области неподкованный, но, как говорится, не Боги горшки обжигают. Поделиться есть чем! Буквально каждый день получаю новые издания сказки на разных языках со всего мира. Спасибо за это друзьям и родственникам! И не только книги, но и многочисленные открытки, выполненные разными художниками на сюжеты сказки, фотографии артистов балета "Царь-Девица или Конек-Горбунок" Пуни, диски с мультфильмом по сказке, и опять же, на разных языках! Шкатулки, фарфоровые статуэтки, каслинские изделия из чугуна...Скоро прибудет знаменитый тюменский ковёр на сюжет сказки! Когда-нибудь, и надеюсь, скоро, коллекцию эту представлю жителям Калифорнии. А Конек-Горбунок и Чудо-Юдо Рыба-кит им уже хорошо знакомы.

В Цетральной библиотеке Сан-Франциско к 200-летнему юбилею автора сказки, Петра Павловича Ершова, была устроена выставка изданий сказки на разных языках и иллюстрации, выполненных разными художниками. За 180 лет их набралось не мало. Выставка вызвала огромный интерес и продержалась почти четыре месяца. В 2016-17 гг. там же прошла вторая выставка, посвященная сказке "Конёк-Горбунок", в этот раз были представлены квилты (лоскутное шитье), выполненное мастерицами со всего мира. Квилты прибыли к нам с Калифорнию из Сибири, где и родилась идея их создания.

И хочу напомнить пророческие слова самого автора сказки, сказанные им по выходе четвертого издания в 1856 году, его "похвальное слово своему первенцу" в письме к однокурснику А.К. Ярославцеву: «…Конёк мой снова поскакал по всему русскому царству. Счастливый ему путь! <…> заслышав, тому уже 22 года, похвалу себе от таких людей, как Пушкин, Жуковский и Плетнев, он…тешит люд честной, старых и малых, будет тешить их, пока русское слово будет находить отголоски в русской душе, т.е. до скончания века».

А ”первенец" Ершова все скачет и скачет по миру, и не только по русскому…Очень Япония ему полюбилась...и в Китай заскочил, и до Австралии добрался, и на Землю Обетованную заскочил, да еще до образования государства Израиль! В 2024 году сказке исполняется 190 лет, и поныне "Конёк-Горбунок" остаётся, пожалуй, самой популярной сказкой и ежегодно продолжает появляться огромное количество её изданий в России, и не только…
